Multi ~omics approach

We believe modern plant research, aimed at complex molecular processes of the cell, can greatly benefit from what is called a multi-omics approach. In this approach we aim to combine different complementary omics data layers (e.g. genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) to get a better picture of the mechanisms, dynamics and key molecular parts involved in a process of interest. We are currently working on different tools to advance the automation of the data integration and data analysis of multi-omics data.
